  • Quit VET Outline: Call 1-855-QUIT-VET (1-855-784-8838) to speak with a Quit VET counselor and get help to make a quit plan. Available in English and Spanish.
  • SmokefreeVET Text Message Program: Sign up for text messages that offer 24/7 encouragement, advice, and tips to help you quit smoking and stay quit. Available in English and Spanish.
  • Stay Quit Coach App: Download this app to get tailored support and resources to quit smoking and stay quit. Available for Android and iPhones.
  • SmokefreeVET Facebook: Join this group of veterans who are quitting and staying smokefree.
